Jackie, Uncle, Jade, and Thoru try to stop Shendu's return to Earth, but they fail. Shendu tracks Jackie back to Section 13, where the other talisman animals are located. Before Shendu can absorb their powers, Jackie and Jade escape with the animals. Shendu confronts Jackie and Jade at the zoo. Despite Jackie's heroism, Shendu absorbs all the talisman powers. Just before Shendu can finally destroy Jackie, Uncle, Thoru, and Section 13 arrive chanting a chi incantation (which Uncle obtained from Daolon Wong). The incantation transforms Shendu back into his 'original' statue form, and the talismans exit his body. The talismans and Shendu are locked in Section 13's vault forever.
