What the fuck is this show dude... Actually sexualizing a 17 year old [just make her 18 dude why must she be underage and be sexualized like just -why] but then she breaks up with the other 17, 18 or 19 year old simply because he wants to be sexual and not only cuddle possibly, mind you we aren't shown the entire conversation so we don't know if he was being a douche about it or just a horny guy which he looks like it, but ig that means they won't last forever??????????????????????? I mean that overreaction might be accurate with reality lmao. Also wtf? Why would the "bad" guy at the start just kill another guy what??? What a waste of resources if anything lmao. Lazy writing at it's peak but ig this mediocrity is better than high grade slop. Still why would Nerdrotic glaze this show[obviously because he has a bias lmao]. And also the son story line better have a big pay off because if not why are we wasting so much goddamn time on him [just for a "big" finale at then end of EP 1 it seems but still for what purpose I wonder?]. Overall I'm just like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I feel with just the first episode, the entire show justl be "Cowboy manure" like any other show such as Yellowstone or wtv other inbred shows it spawned lmao. Te romanization and MESSAGING IN YOUR FACE of "redneck" culture is bleh but well I do appreciate those people getting some love and I'm guessing that's why this shows are well liked by some audiences, but as a show for a general audience and again just being one episode in is at best bleh. Even Lanterns [which at best is a 6/10 show btw] first episode is better than this lmao.

Rating for first episode is a solid 6 for me, passable but barely. The premise seems interesting enough I mean we all know OIL companies are like freaking cartels anw so I like the direct acknowledgment of that in the beginning lmao. The freaking power point transitions thooooo, they are so jarring lmao and also the show being so yellow is like fuck dude give me some other colors than pee.

Idk clearly is not my type of show but hey here is me hoping that at least the story -which is what matters most- gets really good.
