Gray breaks free from the ice and is at its edge, shooting an ice arrow at Racer. However, Racer reveals an explosive tear on his body and plans to take Gray, Lyon, and Sherry with him, killing them. Just as Racer prepares to dash towards Gray, Lyon grabs Racer and jumps off the cliff, followed by a massive explosion. Brain knows that Racer is defeated and awakens Midnight.
